When will my order be shipped?
1. Orders will ship out as per the est. delivery timeline stated in the table above.
2. *Shipment is done between Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. If you've ordered on a Sunday or a public holiday, shipment preparation with payment confirmation will be done on the following Monday and ship within the 3-5 business days.
What are your shipping methods?
1. Orders shipped outside of Singapore will be shipped via SpeedPost Air Mail / Parcel or equivalent.
2. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
3. We do not ship to multiple addresses yet, but if you require shipping to multiple addresses, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on how to make payment and the arrangement to ship.
Other Shipping Information
1. All of our web site prices are in SGD or USD dollars, and if supported, your home currency will be reflected. In the case where it is not reflected, the credit card company that you use to make payment will calculate the exchange automatically.
2. Please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by your local customs and are your responsibility.
3. Please note that orders sent internationally from Flesh Imp are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country which might result in delayed delivery times
4. To ensure smooth delivery, we require that your billing telephone number and the billing & shipping addresses of all domestic and international orders match the address that is on file with the issuing bank of the credit card.
5. To ensure timely processing and delivery, please be sure that this information matches what is on record with your credit card issuing bank.

How can I check my order?
You may track your order directly by visiting our Shipping Tracker page. Simply enter your consignment number and hit 'Track'. We'll send you your order consignment number by email - or read on for details of how to find it in your account section.
You can find your consignment number by clicking on 'Your Account' in the top navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on 'Order History'.
Click on an order number to view the entire order. You can expect to receive your package in approximately 7 to 30 business days from the date the package shipped. (Depending on the mode of shipping selected)
If you have not created an account, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +65 6842 0418 from 12PM - 8PM, Mon - Fri (GMT+8) to inquire about the status of your order with our Customer Service Department. Flesh Imp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
