The competition is open to artists, students, grandparents and all of those in-between are invited to participate, although the competition is expected to attract more creative types of all ages and occupations.
Flying in the face of traditional art media, contestants taking part in this unique contest have to abide by
only one single rule ..they need to incorporate the famous blue and silver Red Bull cans from the
Austrian Energy Drink giant along with some inspiration and a lot of imagination to conceive and produce
an original work art. The final artwork could be anything from a sculpture, to a collage, jewellery, furniture,
fashion accessory or interactive art!
In other words, they have a free reign to let their creativity run wild, as there are no constraints with the
Red Bull Art of Can contest other than the limits of one's imagination.
All that is asked is the Red Bull can be the focus of the art work. It's just that simple!
ART OF CAN EXHIBITION

Orchard Road, and is expected to showcase a wide variety of art made from recycled materials. It would
be really interesting and fascinating to see what the best creative minds in Singapore can come up with
this year. Past Red Bull Art of Can events have seen innovative exhibits like a 14-foot bull, an 8-foot
octopus and even a Mona Lisa replica portrait pieced together completely using the blue and silver cans!
The number of Red Bull cans used for the art pieces over the years ranged from one to an astounding
For the Singapore event, an estimated 30-50 pieces are expected to be selected for the final exhibit
