How Do I Place An Order?

When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.



What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Flesh Imp accepts:

- Direct bank transfer to DBS or OCBC Bank in Singapore

Step 2: Make payment via bank transfer to FLESH IMP within 24 hours or the products you confirmed will be released back to other customers.

What if I do not have a Paypal Account?
You can still pay via your credit or debit card if you do not have a Paypal account. Simply follow the checkout process and at the Paypal login page, at the left bottom area, click the 'Continue' tab provided beside the 'Don't have a PayPal account' option.

Will I Be Charged Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax of 7% for purchases within Singapore. The tax will be included in the price shown on the site.
Shipping outside of Singapore is tax-free, but subjected to prevailing tax rates in your country. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.




How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?
After you click "Send Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.




Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order is being packed at our Distribution Center we are no longer able to modify your order.
Please email us (sales@fleshimp.com) as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may place an additional order at any time.




Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel an order.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" in the top navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. You can expect to receive your package in approximately three to five business days from the date the package shipped.




How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can check the status of you order by clicking on 'Your Account' in the top navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on 'Order History'. Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. You can expect to receive your package in approximately 7 to 30 business days from the date the package shipped. (Depending on the mode of shipping selected)

The following charts will help determine your fit. We want you to be confident that the size you select is the size that will fit. The key is knowing your body measurements. Items with sizes displayed on the web store should coincide with this chart. However, in case of discrepancies, the size displayed on the webstore will supersede this chart.
