EXCHANGE, STORE CREDITS AND REFUNDS ONLINE
In the event that we are unable to fulfill our orders, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will activate an exchange, store credit or refund to you.
To complete the process, we will require you to send back the item to us in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed within 7 days, and let us know which you prefer: Exchange; the item to be exchanged, Store Credit or refund. We will reimburse the cost of the return based on the lowest price of shipping with store credits based on the exchange, and similarly for store credits. For refund, we will reimburse the amount back to the method of payment that you initially made with your purchase.
EXCHANGE, STORE CREDITS AND REFUNDS AT THE STORE
In the event that you would prefer to do your exchange, store credit and refunds at the store, you will be able to do that. Bring the item that you would like to exchange, return and refund to any of our stores, and we will exchange the item that you would like to get, which is pre-arranged via email or phone prior to exchange. For store credit, if you would like a physical voucher, it can issued at the store. For online store credit, it will be issued via email upon receipt of the item. For refund, we will reimburse the amount back to the method of payment that you initially made with your purchase once we receive the item
